All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on the information provided at the time of request and may be subject to adjustment following a site survey.

Payment terms will be agreed upon in writing before work commences. Standard payment terms are:

• Deposit may be required for materials
• Progress payments for larger projects
• Final payment upon completion and sign-off

We guarantee the quality of our workmanship. Any defects in installation will be rectified at no additional cost if reported within the warranty period. Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer.

NextGenClad Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the contract for the specific project.
