Confirm whether your contractor is supplying panels, installing them, preparing substrates, fitting trims and sealing penetrations. A clear scope avoids gaps between trades.
Coordinate the programme
Agree access, working hours, room readiness, protection, delivery, ventilation and handover requirements. Cladding installation should be planned alongside other fit-out activities.
Ask for useful evidence
Look for relevant project experience, clear product information, safe working arrangements and photographs of completed work. Ask questions about the proposed finish rather than relying on generic claims.
